Like hot dogs? How about a hot dog loaded with all kinds of delicious, fresh toppings?

At the Curbside Bistro, just outside of Home Depot located at 1145 West Washington st.,  you can choose from many different types of hot dogs, like the Monster Dog or Chili Dog. They also have dogs that are geographically themed, such as the New York, Chicago, Texas or Tokyo dogs. A favorite is the Chicago dog, topped with sweet relish, bright red tomatoes, hot mustard, full peppers, and a large pickle.

At first glance this looks like an over-sized rolling cart from a New York street, but this is not just an average hot-dog cart. The Bistro offers an assortment of food on their growing menu, such as sausages, a salad, and even a Gyro (but don’t make a fool of yourself, pronounce it more like Euro).

When you bite into one of the hot dogs you get a taste that goes beyond a slab of meat on a bun, to a mouthful of flavors of practically everything, from mustard to peppers. You won’t be disappointed in the food.

Next time you are shopping for hardware, or just passing by Home Depot on Washington St., pick up one of the delicious and filling entrees from Curbside Bistro.
